How much do calls cost?
All our lines, including the main Older Ladies line, are 65p per minute plus your phone company's access charge. The price is shown next to every number and read out at the start of every call.
What's an access charge?
Since 2015, calls to 09 numbers in the UK are made up of two parts: the service charge, which is the price we show, and an access charge set by your own phone company. You'll find your access charge on your tariff or your provider's website.
Are the women real?
Yes. Every call is live and one-to-one with a real adult woman. There are no recordings.
How old are the women?
Everyone on our lines is an adult. On the Older Ladies line most women are in their fifties and sixties, with some cougars in their forties.
Can I meet the woman I talk to?
No. This is an adult fantasy chat service only, and there's no possibility of meeting, made or implied.
Will it show on my bill?
Yes. The call is charged to the phone you call from and the service details appear on your bill.
Are calls recorded?
Live calls are recorded to comply with Ofcom regulations.
Can I call from a mobile?
Usually yes, but some mobile networks and contracts block premium rate 09 numbers by default. If your call doesn't connect, check with your network.
How do I stop 09 numbers being called from my phone?
Most UK networks can bar premium rate numbers on request, often free of charge. Contact your phone company and ask for a premium rate or 09 call bar.
I have a complaint. Who do I contact?
Live service provided by Luv2Chat, PO Box 143, BN18 8DF. Service details will appear on and be charged to your telephone bill.
Who regulates these services?
Premium rate phone services in the UK are regulated by Ofcom.
